Unblock the physical body with Fascia focused Vinyasa flows, intuitive somatic movement, and targeted Myofascial Release techniques. Through the lens of the fascia that connects and separates everything in the body, flow from a space of compassion and allowing, releasing long held tensions and unkind “stuck” emotions.
Unblock the subtle, energetic body through Chakra focused pranayama (life force activation through breath work), and Yoga Nidra, (the psychic/yogic sleep), ultimately unlocking your true spirit and your potential for positive change.

What a day in paradise looks like.
- 7:30 – 8:00 am Coffee/Tea & light breakfast
- 8:30 to 9:45 am Vinyasa, Pranayama, MFR practice
- 10:00 to 11:00 am Breakfast
- 2:30 to 3:30 pm Lunch
- 5:30 to 6:45 pm Nidra, Somatic Movement, Fascia, MFR
- 7:30 to 8:30 pm Dinner
This is just a sample. The day is yours to create. If you need recovery time, take it. Plenty of time to walk the beach, pamper yourself at the spa, relax in the pool with a cocktail, swim with the Dolphins, take a guided hike, surf, paddle board, kayak, participate in a ceremony like the Cacao ceremony, Ice Bath or Temezcal, or just make a choice to do nothing at all.

Your Sanctuary with a View
The “Beach Casita” Category of rooms comes with a private plunge pool in a more secluded area of the property, king size bed, and air conditioning.
The “Eco Chic” Category of rooms comes in a multiple of options. “Open Air” options include a full hammock, and either a King bed, or two Full beds. The air conditioned or “A/C” option has glass sliding doors and a smaller chair hammock, also in King or two Full beds.
“Deluxe Rooms” come in A/C or open air options, with one King or two twin beds.
The “Big Palapa” is yoga community at its finest, with 8 beds and 2 bathrooms in dormitory style living. (It’s adorable!) This option is available as a single bed under “double occupancy”.

Price listed is per person and includes Your room, morning coffee/tea light breakfast, 3 full meals (served buffet style), 2 specially designed daily yoga classes, all transportation to and from the airport in PVR (taxi from PVR to Marina, and boat ride to Xinalani), use of paddle boards, surf boards and snorkeling equipment. Free excellent WIFI, to let your loved ones know what an amazing time you are having.
Not included: air fare to PVR, alcohol, spa, and any additional Xinalani activity offerings.

Once I have verified the availability of your room, I will send full financial details. Your sanctuary will be secured upon the arrival of your $500 deposit. Kindly bear in mind that Xinalani is an intimate resort with limited rooms. I will do my very best to fulfill your request.
