A little about me

Anna has been a dedicated practitioner since 2010. She received her 200 hr YTT certification through Uplifted Yoga in January of 2021, and her 300/500 YTT certification in June of 2021. She has since earned her 50 hour certificate in Fascia Yoga with JoAnne Avison, as well as her 50 hour certificate in Yoga Nidra with Ram Jain. Her studies with Anodea Judith in the Chakras are an underlying theme of her teaching.

Anna teaches Vinyasa Flow, Power Flow, Fascia Yoga and Yoga Nidra in person classes at Dragonfly Hot Yoga in Middleton and Verona, WI.

Anna is known for her creative sequencing, space for self expression and release, continued curiosity of the human body/mind experience, joy of engagement with her students, and having a little fun. Her philosophy is that yoga is never about the pose, but about creating sensations in the body to act as tools for self reflection, knowing, and to build a foundation for longevity, independence, balance and joy!

In order to be something different, you have to do something different.
